    su <username>
    nano ~/.bashrc
    export PATH=/opt/android-sdk-linux/tools:/opt/android-sdk-linux/platform-tools:$PATH

    Ctrl+Shift+v to Paste Content into nano
    Ctrl+x to Save and Exit

    Load New Settings

    source ~/.bashrc
