  3. Double-Click/Right-Click on Archive and Extract into /tmp

    tar xvf tsetup*.tar.xz -C /tmp/
  4. To Install Telegram App

    sudo mv /tmp/Telegram/ /opt/

    If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then Look: Solution

    sudo ln -s /opt/Telegram/Telegram /usr/local/bin/Telegram
