There are No Requirements because the Oracle JDK is already Included on the JDeveloper 12c Suite.

1. Download Oracle JDeveloper 12c Studio Edition for Linux.

2. Open Terminal Window
   Ctrl+Alt+t on desktop
   (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

   chmod +x jdev_suite*.bin

   ./jdev_suite*.bin

4. Installing JDeveloper Studio 12c on Ubuntu.
