  3. Double-Click on Telegram Archive and Extract into /tmp.

    tar xvf ~/Downloads/tsetup*.tar.xz -C /tmp/

  4. Installing Telegram App
    (In case you do not have Administrator Privileges install it into Home…)

    sudo  mv /tmp/Telegram* /opt/

    If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then see: How to Enable sudo

    sudo ln -s /opt/Telegram/Telegram /usr/local/bin/Telegram

    For this System-Wide Setup then Set Ownership with:

    sudo chown -R root:root /opt/Telegram
