Download uTorrent Client+Server for Debian 6

Then Extract uTorrent into /tmp
Double-Click on Archive:
Or from Command Line:tar xvzf ~/Downloads/utserver.tar.gz -C /tmp/

Again Extract uTorrent Web GUI
First, access the target:cd /tmp/utorrent
And then make the extraction:
unzip ./webui.zip

Follow to Relocate uTorrent
Login as SuperUser (This to make shorter the following commands…)sudo su
If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then see: How to Enable sudo
Set the SuperUser as Owner:sudo chown -R root:root /tmp/utorrent*
And Switch contents with:
sudo mv /tmp/utorrent* /opt/utorrent

Achieve the SuperUser session.
exit

Finally, to Start uTorrent Server
cd /opt/utorrent && sudo ./utserver
Just Forget the Error Message about “no version information available”…
