  1. Download ActivePerl Linux Release:

    Latest ActivePerl 5.x Linux x8664

  2. Double-Click on Archive and Extract into /tmp KDE ActivePerl Extraction

  3. Open a Terminal Window
    (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

      ./install.sh

      If Needed Set Install Directory Location.

      Example: /opt/ActivePerl-5-X.

    4. PATH SetUp 
      exit
      nano ~/.bashrc

      Append: 

      export PATH=/opt/ActivePerl-5.*/bin:$PATH

      Ctrl+x to Save & Exit.
