    Chrome .rpm 32/64-bit

    Get the Google-Chrome .rpm 32/64-bit Linux Release.

  2. Open a Command Line Terminal Window
    (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

     - Kde4 Open Terminal
  3. Installing Google-Chrome Browser on Scientific Linux 6

    cd $HOME/Downloads/

    To List the directory contents and Verify the file is there:

    ls .

    If Not then Try to look into the /tmp folder…

    su -c 'yum install ./google-google-chrome*.rpm'

    YUM will Automatically Resolve and Download Dependencies Also for the Local .rpm Packages. :)
