Open a Command Line Terminal Window
(Press “Enter” to Execute Commands) -
Download Telegram Messenger App for Linux

Double-Click/Right-Click on Archive and Extract into /tmp
Or from Command Line:tar xvf tsetup*.tar.xz -C /tmp/

Installing Telegram App
Set the SuperUser as owner with:
sudo chown -R root:root /tmp/tsetup*
If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then Look: Solution
Then Switch the Telegram contents:sudo mv /tmp/tsetup*/Telegram /opt/
To insert Telegram into the System Path:
sudo ln -s /opt/Telegram/Telegram /usr/local/bin/Telegram
