2. Add Latest MESA Linux Mint PPA Repository

   Latest MESA Repo Install

   Enable Latest MESA Linux Mint PPA

3. Then to Install MESA Drivers
   Just Upgrade the System with:

   sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade

4. Finally, to Check MESA Version
   First, Install the Required Package:

   sudo apt install mesa-utils

   And:

   glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"
