    Finally, Go on System Settings to Add Printer
    (Here for the GNOME Desktop, but in the others Flavors find a similar Solution…)
    First, Turn On the Printer.
    Then Search for ‘Print Settings’:

    Unlock the Devices:

    And Finally, Add the Printer:

    Ubuntu System Settings Printers

    If Not Found then Verify the Printed is Connected and Turned On.
    So then Select the Printer that should be Found and Confirm to Add it.

    Next again Find and Choose the “Printer Details“:

    Again Browse to “Install PPD File”:

    Browsing for Driver or PPD

    How to Find Printer PPD File Location on Debian

    GNU/Linux Debian PPD File Location

    Or else try to Search it in the “Printers Database”.
    Finally, the Printer should be Successfully Installed and Working on System!
