To Install Epson Printer Utility follow the Same Procedure as for the Drivers
Instead, from Command Line:sudo gdebi ~/Downloads/epson-printer-utility*.deb

Or again, if you prefer from Terminal execute:sudo apt install gdebi-core gdebi
sudo gdebi ~/Download/epson*.deb
