   After Click on Install to Start the Setup

   
   
   Then if needed Confirm to Restart Services Automatically!
   

   Or from Command Line:

   sudo apt install gdebi gdebi-core

   And:

   sudo gdebi epson-printer-utility*.deb

   Finally, Run Epson Printer Utility.
