Setting Up

  1. 2. Setting Up

Then to Set Trackball Acceleration/Speed in GNOME 3
    Use this General Command:

    gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.trackball accel-profile [PROFILE]

Where the [PROFILE] is one between:

    • default
    • flat
    • adaptive

To Set it following the Device Settings Configuration use ‘flat’.

And instead Setting with sensitivity to the Movement/Force then adopt ‘adaptive’.
So for instance,to take up the Progressive Speed issue:

    gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.trackball accel-profile 'adaptive'
