    If you are using Firefox then on Prompt Choose “Open with Archive Manager”:

    Or After try to Select the Package by the Downloads Button on Top Panel:

    Instead, on Google-Chrome simply try to Choose the Package on the Bottom Panel:

  2. 3. Extracting RTL8111 Source Archive

    Then Extract RTL8111 Driver Source into /tmp Directory
    If it does Not Open automatically then Double-Click on File Manager.

    Or from Command Line:

    tar xvjf ~/Downloads/r8168*.tar.gz -C /tmp/

    (But if downloaded with Firefox it may be instead into /tmp/mozilla*)

  3. 4. Installing Requirements

    Then to Install Required Packages
    Simply play:

    sudo dnf install  kernel-headers kernel-devel

    And then again:

    sudo dnf group install "C Development Tools and Libraries"
  4. 5. Installing Realtek RTL8111 Driver

    Next to Install RTL8111 Driver on Fedora
    First Change to the Target directory:

    cd /tmp/r8168*

    And then Run the Installation Script with:

    sudo ./autorun.sh

    And then to Reboot play:

    sudo reboot

    Then to Check whether the Driver is loaded use:

    lsmod | grep r8168

    Or:

    ifconfig -a
