   So Now to Install Meson by Python 3
   First, possibly to Setup Pip 3:

   sudo yum install python3-pip

   Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.
   If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then see: How to Enable sudo.
   Then to install Meson play:

   pip3 install meson

   Or for a System-wide setup:

   sudo pip3 install meson
