2. 2. Downloading ActiveMQ

   Download Apache ActiveMQ for Linux.

   ActiveMQ Linux tar.gz

3. 3. Extracting ActiveMQ

   Double-Click on Archive and Extract into /tmp.

   
   Or from Shell:

   tar xvzf apache-activemq*.tar.gz -C /tmp/

4. 4. Installing ActiveMQ

   Relocate Apache ActiveMQ Folder:

   sudo mv /tmp/apache-activemq* /opt/

   Set the SuperUser as owner with:

   sudo chown -R root:root /opt/apache-activemq*
