   So now to Install Printer in Lubuntu
   For the former LXDE Desktop you may see How to Add Printer in GNU/Linux Desktops.
   First, access the Menu Settings > Printers:

   

   And then Choose to “Add” Printer:

   

   Now “Install PPD File” and then Browse for the Driver:
