    Then to Set up Realtek RTL8168 Driver on CentOS
    Simply execute:

    sudo yum install kmod-r8168

    And then to Reboot play:

    sudo reboot

    Then to Check whether the Driver is loaded use:

    lsmod | grep r8168

    Or:

    ifconfig -a
