   flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

   flatpak install --from https://flathub.org/repo/appstream/com.viber.Viber.flatpakref

   Authenticate with the Admin Pass to Enable the flathub Repo.
   The Flatpak App Setup do Not need the sudo Command because then it Runs confined into a Sandbox.
   Wait patiently until the App is Downloaded, Built and Installed…

4. 4. Launching Viber

   Finally, Launch & Enjoy Viber
