    Download Nexus Repository Manager OSS for Fedora GNU/Linux

    Nexus Repository Manager OSS tar.gz Linux
  2. 4. Extracting Nexus OSS

    Then Extract into /tmp Directory
    If it does Not Open automatically then Double-Click on File Manager:

    Or from Command Line:

    tar xvzf $HOME/Downloads/nexus*.tar.gz -C /tmp/
  3. 5. Installing Nexus OSS

    Next Relocate Nexus Repo Manager
    Here is described a System-Wide Setup, for a Put stuff into Home Folder.

    sudo mv /tmp/nexus* /opt/nexus

    Then do the same also for the Sonatype Data Directory:

    sudo mv /tmp/sonatype-work /opt/nexus

    Again, Set the SuperUser as Owner:

    sudo chown -R root:root /opt/nexus
