Then Extract uTorrent into /tmp
Possibly Double-Click/Right-Click and Open with Archive Manager:

Or from Command Line:

tar xvzf ~/Downloads/utserver.tar.gz -C /tmp/
```

Execute:

cd /opt/utorrent && sudo ./utserver
```
