I’have tried all sort of Restoring Procedures like to “Delete Font Cache”…
But without arrive to Start-up again Illustrator CS5 with my Existing Users.
So:

If you tried other Solutions and you still Can’t Start-up Illustrator

If you Don’t want to Reinstall Illustrator
The Easiest Solution I found is the following:
Create a New Fresh User right for Illustrator
(Applications > System Preferences.app –> Accounts)
After you should be able to Launch Illustrator with your Newly Created User…
Take a Look…
