The Process is Often Useful to Set-Up your Hosting on Cloud Services like the Amazon AWS Ec2 Cloud, where you Dispose of an IP but Not of DNS Records to Easy Linking IP and Domain Name.

The Practical Example Shown here has been Done for a :( co.cc Domain, but a similar Solution should Exists for Every Domain.
