  1. Download Firefox Beta for Linux:

    Firefox x8664 tar.bz2
  2. Right-Click > Open with ArkInstall Firefox KDE4 Extraction

    Extract Into /tmp

  3. Open Terminal Window
    (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)
    Linux Kde4 Open Terminal
  4. Relocate Firefox Beta

    Login as SuperUser

    su 

    If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then Look: Solution

    Make a Firefox Directory

    mkdir /opt/firefox

    Move Firefox Into firefox-Beta so to Prepare for a Possible Firefox Multi-Version Coexistence

    chown -R root:root /tmp/firefox && mv /tmp/firefox /opt/firefox/firefox-beta

    Make a Symlink for Easy-Starting

    ln -s /opt/firefox/firefox-beta/firefox /usr/local/bin/firefox-beta

    Next you Can Start Firefox from Terminal with

    firefox-beta
