Testing Network Connection:
ping -c 3 google.com
If No Network Connection then Try:
exit
cp /etc/resolv.conf /mnt/etc/resolv.conf
And then Chroot Again!
chroot /mnt/ /bin/bash

Updating Apt Repos.
apt-get update

apt-get -f install

Upgrading System Again.
apt-get upgrade
