Then Extract uTorrent into /tmp
Possibly Double-Click/Right-Click and Open with Archive Manager:
Or from Command Line:tar xvzf ~/Downloads/utserver.tar.gz -C /tmp/

Check/Install UnZip.
which unzip
If Not on System then
sudo apt-get install unzip

Again Extract uTorrent Web GUI
With:cd /tmp/utorrent* && unzip ./webui.zip

Relocate uTorrent
Login as SuperUser (right for the time necessary to complete this process)sudo su
Set the SuperUser as Owner of UTorrent stuff
sudo chown -R root:root /tmp/utorrent*
sudo mv /tmp/utorrent* /opt/utorrent

And Install/Update OpenSSL
Simply Running:sudo apt-get install openssl

Starting uTorrent Server
End your SuperUser session withexit
Switch to the UTorrent location
cd /opt/utorrent
Launch UTorrent:
sudo ./utserver

uTorrent WebGui Connection on Browser (Tested on Chrome)
Browse on:
Default Access:
user name: ‘admin’
pass: ”
