Set the SuperUser as Owner:
su -c "chown -R root:root /tmp/smartgit"
Switch Contents:
su -c "mv /tmp/smartgit /opt/"
Make a Symlink for Easier Launching:
su -c "ln -s /opt/smartgit/bin/smartgit.sh /usr/local/bin/smartgit"
