How to Install Google-Chrome on Red Hat Linux 6.X Easy Visual-Guide

Installing

  1. Download Google-Chrome for Linux:

    Chrome .rpm 64-bit Linux Release
  2. Installing Google-Chrome Web Browser

    cd $HOME/Downloads/

    To List the directory contents and Verify the file is there:

    ls .

    If Not then Try to look into the /tmp folder…

    su -c 'yum install ./google-google-chrome*.rpm'

    YUM will Automatically Resolve and Download Dependencies Also for the Local .rpm Packages. :)
