1. 1. Launching Shell Emulator

   Open a Terminal window
   Ctrl+Alt+t on Desktop
   (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

2. 2. Downloading UltraEdit for Ubuntu

   Download UltraEdit for Ubuntu GNU/Linux

   Get UltraEdit .deb for Ubuntu

   UltraEdit for Ubuntu

3. 3. Installing UltraEdit

   Then to Set up UltraEdit on Ubuntu
   First, Access the Target, usually in the Downloads folder:

   cd && cd Downloads

   To Check that there is run:

   ls . | uex

   But if you are in Trouble to Find the Location on Terminal then See: How to Access Downloads Folder from Browser.
   And to Setup UltraEdit:

   sudo apt install ./uex*.deb

   Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.
   If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then see: How to Enable sudo.

4. 4. Launching UltraEdit

   Finally, Launch & Enjoy UltraEdit
   Now, to Start from Shell simply:

   uex
