  1. Download Latest SeaMonkey Linux Stable Release

    Pick SeaMonkey in Contrib x8664.tar.bz2

    First, Select the Latest Seamonkey Release and then Access the Contrib Directory…

  2. Possibly Double-Click on Archive and Extract into /tmp

  3. Relocate SeaMonkey

    sudo mv /tmp/seamonkey* /opt

    And to Create a Symlink:

    sudo ln -s /opt/seamonkey*/seamonkey /usr/local/bin/seamonkey
