   2. On Terminal Shell.

      cd ~/Downloads

      (But if you are in Trouble to Find the Location on Terminal then See: How to Access Downloads Folder from Browser.)
      Check it’s there with:

      ls | grep teamviewer

      And then to Install it play:

      sudo apt install ~/Downloads/teamviewer*.deb

      Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.
