Installing

  1. 1. Downloading Kernel Headers

    So Download the Right Kernel Headers Package
    First, find out the Kernel Version with:

    uname-r

    Take Note of the Digits prior to “fc3X” to searching for the kernel-headers Package!

    Download kernel-headers for Fedora 30 GNU/Linux

    Get kernel-headers .rpm Package
    First, see in the Actual Fedora 30 Repo.
    Or else try on fedora.pkgs.org.

    Grab kernel-headers and kernel-devel Packages.

  2. 2. Launching Terminal

    Open a Shell Session
    (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

    Then to Set up kernel-headers Offline on Fedora
    First, access the Target USB Driver or Location:

    cd /[path/2/kernel-headers]

    To Check the Package is there:

    ls | grep kernel

    The grep Command Refine the output List showing only the entries Matching the Keyword.
    Then simply play:

    sudo dnf install ./kernel-headers*.rpm

    Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.
