2. Updating System
So eventually to Upgrade CentOS 7
Play:sudo yum upgrade
Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.
If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then see: How to Enable sudo.
In case a New Kernel is installed then reboot executing:sudo reboot

3. Installing Requirements
Then to Install Required Stuff
Run:sudo yum groupinstall 'Development Tools'
Then again:
sudo yum install kernel-headers kernel-devel elfutils-libelf-devel dkms git unzip
And then eventually to reboot:
sudo reboot
