1. Installing Dependencies
Open a Terminal Shell emulator window
(Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)sudo dnf upgrade
And Reboot:sudo reboot
Then play:sudo dnf groupinstall "Development Tools"
Further you may need also the C Libraries:sudo dnf groupinstall "C Development Tools and Libraries"
Enable EPEL Repo for Fedora GNU/Linux
And again:sudo dnf install openssl openssl-devel dwarves rpm-build libelf-devel elfutils-libelf-devel ncurses
Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.

Now make the Target Folder
With:mkdir ~/kernel
