Or from Shell:
tar xvzf ~/Downloads/*scan*.deb.tar.gz -C /tmp/

Finally, Install imageScan Drivers+Software for Linux
Change to the software Location:cd /tmp/iscan*
Then Run the Installer:
sudo ./install.sh
