Installing

    Enable Packman Repo for openSUSE GNU/Linux

    Add Packman Repo for openSUSE

  2. 3. Installing MythTV

    Then to Install MythTv Client/Server for openSUSE
    Simply play:

    sudo zypper install mythtv

    If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then see: How to Enable sudo
    Again, to Search for possible Addons:

    zypper search mythtv

  3. 4. Setting up Graphics Card

    Next you have to make the Graphics Card Setup
    First, to install the Drivers you may see: Graphics Drivers Installation Guide
    Last, to Configure it follow:

    • For NVIDIA:

      sudo nvidia-glx-config enable
    • Where for ATI/AMD:

      sudo aticonfig --initial
