1. Installing Dependencies
Open a Terminal Shell emulator window
(Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)sudo dnf upgrade
And Reboot:sudo reboot now
Then play:sudo yum group install "Development Tools"
And again:sudo dnf install openssl openssl-devel dwarves rpm-build libelf-devel elfutils-libelf-devel ncurses
Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.

With:mkdir ~/kernel
3. Downloading Linux Kernel
Download Linux Kernel 5.18 Source Code for Oracle GNU/Linux
Grab the tar.xz or tar.gz Archive from the List.4. Extracting Linux Kernel Archive
Then Extract Linux Kernel into the target Directory
First, access it:cd ~/kernel
