2. Downloading Rambox
Download Rambox for Fedora GNU/Linux
3. Installing Rambox
Then to Set up Rambox on Fedora
First, Access the Target, usually in the Downloads folder:
(But if downloaded with Firefox it can be instead into /tmp/mozilla*)cd && cd Downloads
To Check that there is run:
ls . | grep Rambox
The grep Command Refine the output List showing only the entries Matching the Keyword.
And to Setup Rambox:sudo dnf install ./Rambox*.rpm
Authenticate with the User Admin Pass.
If Got “User is Not in Sudoers file” then Look: Solution
Finally, to Fix Permissions Issue play:sudo chmod 4755 /opt/Rambox/chrome-sandbox
4. Launching Rambox
Finally, Launch & Enjoy Rambox
From Shell simply with:rambox
If Not Launching then Fix the Chrome Sandbox with:
sudo chmod 4755 /opt/Rambox/chrome-sandbox
Or better, make Use of the Desktop Launcher:
