3. Checking Up Disk
Next, ensure that the hard drive of your Linux Mint 22 Recover Broken System isn’t corrupted.
If Mint is non-bootable, go to the next step!
- Make sure that all the drives in /etc/fstab are connected.
- Reboot Linux Mint 22.
- On the GRUB boot splash screen, select “Advanced Options”.
- Then choose “Boot in Recovery Mode“.
- Select “Repair Broken Packages“.
If there’s no networking, follow -> How to Chroot with Network. - Look at the output of the drivers check-up containing “blocks”.
If no errors are shown, then your hard drive should still be healthy. - If the issue is still not solved, proceed to the next step.
