You need to Log In on the Administrator Back end.
1)Choose the Menu to Setup
Menus >> yourMenu
2)Choose the Item to Modify
Click on the Entry to Modify
3)Set Order Parameter on Category and Posts
Set Ordering Type for Posts
Next you need to Look at the Order Setting on Category because this Add Action Ordering.
Set Order on Post’s Category
4)Save
Now you can provide to Manually Order your Post on “Post Manager” by the Up and Down Arrow-Triangle.
