1)Choose the Menu to Setup

2)Choose the Item to Modify

Click on the Entry to Modify

3)Set Order Parameter on Category and Posts

Next you need to Look at the Order Setting on Category because this Add Action Ordering.

Now you can provide to Manually Order your Post on “Post Manager” by the Up and Down Arrow-Triangle.
