1. Download Linux Mint from here:

2. Select File >> New from the VMware Toolbar

3. Select “Continue without disc”

4. Select “Use operating system installation disc image file”

   Next you will Need to Browse your Driver in Finding the Linux Mint Iso.

   

5. Make this Selection:

   • Linux

   • Other Linux 2.6.x kernel

   

6. Now is Time to “Customize Settings” Right Before Starting Installation!
   

7. Next you are Prompted for a Name and Location for your New Virtual Machine:
