Right-Click on Archive & Extract into /tmp.

Install SeaMonkey on Debian Wheezy 7 64-bit - KDE4 Extracting SeaMonkey

Open Terminal Window
(Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

Relocate SeaMonkey

sudo su -c "mv /tmp/seamonkey* /opt"

Create a Symlink:

sudo ln -s /opt/seamonkey*/seamonkey /usr/local/bin/seamonkey
