Step-by-step – Oracle SQL Developer CentOS 8 Installation
  1. Download Oracle JDeveloper 12c Java Edition for Linux

    JDeveloper Java .zip Linux
  2. Right-Click > Open with Archive Manager.

    And Extract Into /tmp
