2. Help >> Install New Software

   

3. Click on Add Software Repository

   

4. Set Repository URL to:

   http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.4-I-builds

   

5. Select Packages/Plugins to Install

   Select at Least the Java Development Tools and the Eclipse Platform.
