Open a Command Line Terminal Window
(Press “Enter” to Execute Commands).Ctrl+Alt+T

Extract & Relocate VLC Skins:
mkdir -p $HOME/.local/share/vlc/skins2
unzip -d $HOME/.local/share/vlc/skins2 $HOME/Downloads/vlc-skins.zip

To Enable VLC Custom Skins:
Right-Click >> Tools >> Preferences
