    Ctrl+Alt+t
    (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

    apt-get update
    apt-get dist-upgrade
    do-release-upgrade

    If Got “No new releases found” after the 23 April 2015 or in any other Case to Anticipate a New Release with the Dev one:

    do-release-upgrade -d

    Follow the Command Line Wizard until to Authorize with “y” for Upgrading Startup.
    Then you’ll Need to Wait for some Time… Until the Upgrading Process is Successfully Achieved.

    reboot

    Then Reboot Into your Barely New Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet! :)

  4. Last but Not Least Update Again the New System

    sudo su -c "apt-get dist-upgrade"
