  1. 2. Looking up Partition ID

    Find Out the New Root Target Drive
    Look into the List of the Mounted devices with:

    df -h

    If you can Not to Find it then Try visually with GParted:

    sudo gparted
  2. 3. Unmounting Target

    Then possibly to Unmount Partition
    Run:

    sudo umount /dev/[sdXN]

    Just replace [sdXN] with the Partition ID in the above Command.
