  4. Relocating PyCharm.

    sudo chown -R root:root /tmp/pycharm*
    sudo mv /tmp/pycharm-community* /opt/pycharm-community

  5. Making PyCharm Symlinks.

    sudo ln -s /opt/pycharm-community/bin/pycharm.sh /usr/local/bin/pycharm
