And Gutenprint for MX Linux is a suite of Printer Drivers for UNIX, Linux, and macOS systems that use CUPS as their printing system.
Gutenprint currently Supports over 2600 printers.
It also includes an enhanced Print Plug-in for GIMP that replaces the print plug-in packaged with the GIMP distribution.
Gutenprint was renamed from its original name of Gimp-Print in order to clearly distinguish it from GIMP.
Moreover, the name Gutenprint recognizes Johannes Gutenberg, the inventor of the movable type printing press. Moreover, the word “guten” means “good” in German.

1. Launching Terminal
